Dear LEVAS:

As you all know, it is that time of year again and it is time for us to start our nominations for awards for our fall conference.  This year we will be presenting awards in five categories.  Each nominee should be someone that has demonstrated support of victims and their rights. The five categories are as follows: Judge, Sheriff, Chief, Solicitor, and Victim’s Advocate.  In submitting your nomination, please write a brief narrative of why you feel this person should receive this award.  The nominations will be reviewed by the award committee.   

Please be sure and fax or email the nominations directly back to me.  My email address is as follows: mhwhite71@gmail.com.  Please have your the nominations in by September 19, 2010, so that we will have enough time to have the plaques made.  Nominations will not be accepted after that date.
